4. Payments and Cancellations
Payment terms are outlined in your signed project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule production, with progress payments due at specified milestones and final payment due upon completion.
Cancellation policies are also described in your project agreement. If you cancel after work has begun or materials have been ordered, you may be responsible for costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Tropicana Outdoor Living or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
